The Merciless Few MC Charity Anthology is almost here!!! Sorry, can you tell how excited I am? This anthology is fifteen amazing authors that have come together to create a set of stories that will have you on the edge of your seat, along with supporting a hugely worthwhile cause, B.A.C.A.
What is B.A.C.A?
B.A.C.A stands for Bikers Against Child Abuse. They are an amazing organization and I am so happy to be a part of something so fundamentally important.
This is their mission statement directly from their website:
B.A.C.A. Mission Statement
"Bikers Against Child Abuse, Inc. (B.A.C.A.) exists with the intent to create a safer environment for abused children. We exist as a body of Bikers to empower children to not feel afraid of the world in which they live. We stand ready to lend support to our wounded friends by involving them with an established, united organization. We work in conjunction with local and state officials who are already in place to protect children. We desire to send a clear message to all involved with the abused child that this child is part of our organization, and that we are prepared to lend our physical and emotional support to them by affiliation, and our physical presence. We stand at the ready to shield these children from further abuse. We do not condone the use of violence or physical force in any manner, however, if circumstances arise such that we are the only obstacle preventing a child from further abuse, we stand ready to be that obstacle."-https://bacaworld.org/mission/
All proceeds from our sales are going to this wonderful charity, and if you would like to donate, even apart from buying the book, you can do so here.
What's My Story About?
A bit of back history before I tell you all about Sledge and Misty. I was asked to be a part of this anthology a bit later in the course of it coming together due to unforeseen circumstances, but I'm so glad I did. I love these two characters, and I actually got their story written in one sitting the very night I was asked to join. These two just pulled at me and I'm still thinking about where their story could go.
Sledge is the President of the Merciless Few MC-Florida Chapter and he is a bit of a grumphole. You know what I mean? The kind of guy that acts all grumpy and mean, but deep down has a good heart that he doesn't want anyone to know about? Yeah, that's him. He's also what I like to think of as fine as hell. Have you seen the graphic teasers from my story below? If not, you should probably check that out. (wink wink)
What about Misty, the main female character? Misty is sassy and she is a take no prisoners kind of woman. She's also a bit petty, and I absolutely love it. Why is she involved with the big, bad, mean President? Well, see, she needs them to help her rescue her sister who was taken by traffickers. She's insisted that she needs to go along on the rescue mission so that her sister will have a familiar face. Reluctantly, Sledge agrees, but these two are not going to get along that easy.
This is a romance though, so, I think you know where this is leading...I hope. If romance is not your thing, then maybe just skip the dirty parts.
So how about a little teaser? If you're still on the fence on whether or not you want to read this book, maybe this might just tip you over.

Sledge gives me an annoyed look. “Go and sit in the SUV,” he orders. “We’ll be leaving soon.”
I glance at Rio. “Is he always like this? Or did he never learn manners?” I ask drily.
Rio scoffs. “Babe, you’re playing with fire,” he warns me before he gets back to work on whatever he’s doing. The man is the same height as Gator, but his muscle is bulkier, but he’s more Hispanic in looks with dark hair and dark eyes. Not to mention the ink that’s covering him and halfway up his neck. Just looking at it makes me shudder at the thought of needles poking into such dangerous areas.
“I’ve never worried about being burned before,” I say with a shrug.
“Woman, get in the SUV,” Sledge barks, turning to look at me.
I narrow my eyes at him. “Excuse me?” I ask coldly.
“Do it, or I’ll turn you over my knee and make it so you won’t sit comfortably for the rest of the ride,” he warns darkly.
“Jesus, do all men think it’s okay to say that shit?” I snap, irritated and a little turned on at the thought. “This isn’t some romance novel. You can’t go around telling women that.”
“Watch me.” The promise in his eyes makes my heart pound, but I just glare at him.
